Terms of Service

Just A Local Guy provides automation, lead capture, and marketing systems for local service businesses. Specific services, pricing, and deliverables are agreed in writing for each engagement before work begins.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When using our Site or services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes. Not interfere with or disrupt the Site or our systems. Not attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorized to access. Not use the Site to send unsolicited communications, spam, or fraudulent messages. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you engage our services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement. Recurring monthly fees, if any, continue until you cancel in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms of those processors.

The Site, including all content, branding, logos, and software, is owned by KG Digital Holdings LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

When we build systems for you under a service agreement, you own the configurations and content specific to your business. We retain ownership of any reusable methodologies, templates, or frameworks we develop.

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, automation, CRM, advertising, payment, and SMS services). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volumes, revenue, or growth from our services. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, your industry, your existing operations, and your follow-through.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KG Digital Holdings LLC, its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KG Digital Holdings LLC and its members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Prince William County, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
